Has Vivaaerobus commenced their DFW flight from Guadalajara and Monterrey?

Yes, they have. They fly to Monterrey on Tuesday and Saturday, and to Guadalajara on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for now.

Tuesday and Saturday

12:25 PM arrive from GDL
1:25 PM leave for GDL
9.20 PM arrive from MTY
10:20 leave for MTY

The Guadalajara flight is the same on Thursday.


At some point before summer (didn't verify the date), the MTY flight goes to Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and the GDL flight goes to Tu, Thurs, Sat.

Their site does not mention a Cancun flight yet.

Thanks. Was looking for a water salute or spray but couldn't find any video. I hope DFW gave them the welcome like they did to everyone else

I thought they were supposed to start on the 7th, but I couldn't find any news item or flight track to confirm. Has anyone actually put eyeballs on their plane here?

According to their site, the Guadalajara flight was scheduled yesterday. FlightStats showed it but didn't track it. Have no idea if it actually went or not.

The Saturday Guadalajara flight was shown on DFW Airport's flight times, and on FlightStats. One would assume it did go off, but this was not verified.

VB 2970/2971 is the Guadalajara flight, and VB 1970/1971 is the Monterrey rotation. Viva Aerobus is showing in our daily ACARS log as operating at DFW on March 28 & 29 and then April 4, 5, and 7 so far. This doesn't mean they haven't popped in on other days, just what has been captured on FlightRadar24.

DFW Airport had their water cannon salute for VB with week, even though service actually started on March 28. Not sure why, but it's official now.
