With the demise of Internet, Vivaerobus has added flights, up to 3 a day to Mexico City and daily to Monterrey.

Quick correction: it’s Sioux City, Iowa that they dropped (SUX), and not Sioux Falls, South Dakota (FSD). Service to SUX and JLN are Essential Air Service routes, subsidized by the FAA, and they go to the lowest bidder. United underbid AA on these so they are switching. Sioux Falls SD is not one of ...

Response to this route has apparently been very good. AA announced it will go daily instead of 4x weekly, starting on September.

American upping service to beach destinations next summer

American is adding one daily flight each to Cancun and Los Cabos, and they are going daily on Providentiales.

This will mean 7 daily to Cancun and 5 to Cabo. The flights to Cancun are 6 on A321s and one 757. No 787s this time.

With this, the only states American does not fly nonstop to from DFW will be 4...Vermont, New, Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Delaware.
