So since DFW is home to American Airlines and is considered to be a oneworld hub are there any chances of any other oneworld airlines can start service to DFW

Well of course Air Berlin was scheduled to start and then canceled their service. Iberia has been rumored for years but nothing ever comes of it.

As for Cathay and others, I doubt it. There isn't enough feed for many of those carriers here and AA provides service already to several of those destinations the others may provide.

What about LAN and TAM they can be a new addition with the new agreement with American Airlines and Air Lingus could help out with the DFW-London route even if they are not oneworld
